The General Objectives for the College of Science

The College aimes to achieve the followings :

1. A graduate who is capable and awave of our national civilization message and its historic and pioneer roles in the establishment

and progress of the world civilization.

2. A graduate who has the ability to understand the theoretical principles of basic science and their field applications.

3. Agraduate who has the scientific expertise, which are required in the future field of work, and has the knowledge about the last and new technology.

4. A graduate who is capable in the future to work in the university education and improve the education process in the field of different sciences

5. A graduate who is capable of becoming a successful scientific researcher and has the proper principles for the scientific research, so he would be able to improve the scientific and technology movement in Iraq.

6. A graduate who is capable of understanding and dealing with the new advancen technologies.

7. A graduate who has the ability to become an active post-graduate student in science & Technology.

A scientific staff who can deal with science efficiency in order to serve humanity and the environment, and plays an important role in the international scientific activities through the international scientific conferences.
