We're proud to announce the final version of the CSASC Conference proceedings which can be obtained from the below links. If you have comments, we'll have a forum integrated with the conference publication you can use to make any commnets or notes.

ISSN numbers have been requested from ISSN.org so you can refere to your publication more easily as it is an Internation Identifier Serial Number, so far we've recieved two ISSN's for the Hard Copy (Print version) as stated below.

The General Objectives for the College of Science

The College aimes to achieve the followings :

1. A graduate who is capable and awave of our national civilization message and its historic and pioneer roles in the establishment

and progress of the world civilization.

2. A graduate who has the ability to understand the theoretical principles of basic science and their field applications.

College of Science, held a conference for the period 27-28/5/2009, which gathered researchers from all over Iraq presenting papers in 5 categories (Computer Science, Biology, Chimistry, Physics and applied geology).

General prospective for the College of Science

Speed up the work in the Merjan camps because of the many problems in the current location of the college, such as the shortages in labs, lecture halls, staff offices, storage rooms, Advanced labs, specialized storage rooms, library, animal house, glass hous and others.
Complete the advanced lab project which costs four billion Iraqi Dinars.
The intention to build astronomy center on one of the hills of the Historic Babylon city with tourist place that costs $ 10 million.
Complete the academic staff necessary for the college.
The rest of the needs for the college should be completed by the university and the ministry of Higher Education.
